We worked with both the owner and his realtor to help update his dated townhouse to maximize his profit potential upon the sale of his home. We consulted on paint colors, selected new fixtures and finishes, hired and oversaw contractors, and staged the property with hand-selected pieces to accentuate the attributes of the space.
The soon-to-be family of five purchased an old dame who needed a good dose of modern updates. New moldings, trim, doors, fixtures, paint, and bathrooms, plus built-ins and lots of accessories turned this project from dull to dolled-up. The owners' preppy sensibility is infused throughout the home where no detail is overlooked and even the formal spaces don't take themselves too seriously.
Olivia Joffrey is the eponymous new brand about to take the fashion world by storm. Her self-coined Cabana Dresses are as comfortable as they are sartorially divine. Our collaboration with Olivia consisted of visually translating her message to her audience through the selection of accessories, props, and locations.
